- Clients may request restrictions on portfolio display via a written NDA or clause at the start of the project.
3. Use of Client Assets
- Clients must ensure all assets (logos, fonts, imagery, videos, artworks, etc.) shared with us are either owned or legally licensed.
- We are not liable for copyright or trademark issues stemming from assets provided by the client.
4. Communication
- Official communication must take place over email or project platforms to be binding.
- Verbal, or call-based discussions are considered informal and require follow-up written confirmation.
5. Security
- We use password-protected folders, private cloud storage, and restricted team access for client data and assets.
- Credentials shared with us will only be used for agreed-upon purposes.
6. Ethical Alignment
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work with brands or individuals promoting hate, discrimination, plagiarism, or unethical practices.
- We believe in respectful, collaborative partnerships. Abuse, exploitation, or toxic behaviour from clients may result in immediate project termination.
